Brown Butter | Brookies A remix of our classic Leather. We make brown butter in-house and turn it into a rich gelato base, then add in from scratch brookies (brownie cookies).

Vietnamese Coffee We source our coffee from Saigon Coffee in North Park. This will taste just like a classic Vietnamese coffee—freshly brewed coffee with sweetened condensed milk and cream. using the same technique they developed in their small town in Vietnam, it takes about four hours to brew a batch of their Famous Saigon Coffee using a proprietary blend of beans.

Triple berry cheesecake This gelato uses a base of cream cheese and grated coconut with a mixed blueberry, blackberry, and raspberry jam. It will taste just like a cheesecake topped with berries. We mix in some brown sugar graham crackers with melted butter to give it a rich and creamy texture.

Mango | Passion Fruit A tropical smoothie inspired sorbet. Nine pounds of mangos and passionfruit are blended into each canister.

Basil | Pineapple This classic from An's Dry Cleaner's was made with pineapple and basil. It's so creamy you'd never know it was vegan.

Golden Cocoa Our newest chocolate gelato, made with a special golden cocoa. It's incredibly smooth and some say it tastes like chocolate milk.

Salt | Caramel | Dark Chocolate Made with three pounds of homemade salted caramel in each batch, this salted caramel classic is one of our most popular fabrics. In this variation, we fold dark chocolate into the salty sweet gelato.
