Virtual Flavor Tour

If you haven't been to An's before, we start every visit off by offering to take guests through a complete flavor tour of all our 'electronics' on the menu. Our menu changes every few weeks so come in and sample your way through our flavors.

Phở

Thai Basil | Ginger | Star Anise | Cardamom | Cloves | Cinnamon | Coriander Our chefs steep 7 different spices to make a Phở broth before turning it into gelato. It's Phở-real!

Riquimbili

Pistachio | Passion Fruit | Raspberry | Caramel In collaboration with our favorite Cuban Bakery, Azucar, we make their famous (and delicious) passion fruit raspberry caramel and layer that into a pistachio gelato.

No Signal

Molasses | Vanilla Date & Pecan Cake | Butterscotch We combine homemade butterscotch with from-scratch vanilla, date, and pecan cake and swirl them into a molasses and vanilla gelato. The result is reminiscent of sticky toffee pudding.

Walkman

Matcha | Strawberry Rikka Fika makes a matcha strawberry latte that is the inspiration behind Walkman. We use house-milled ceremonial matcha from Paru Tea and combine with a homemade strawberry compote.

Kimono

Jasmine Tea | Blueberry Made with Jasmine Tea from Paru Tea and combined with blueberry. This is one of our most popular flavors from our collaboration with Paru Tea.

Motherboard

Chocolate | Peanut Butter | Condensed Milk | Honey Inspired by the peanut butter whiskey from OB Noodle House, we make a peanut butter, condensed milk, and honey swirl that we layer into a 70% dark chocolate gelato.

Coconut | Blue Spirulina This vegan gelato has 5 pounds of coconut in every canister. We add in a little blue spirulina, which is a super food, for color. (Pro tip: ask for a bee pollen topping.)
